Most of you who come here have already tried all the right things, but you're still stuck.
Pain that keeps coming back is telling you something.
Chronic pain is rarely just physical. The body holds it, but pain is also shaped by the nervous system, by fear, by memory, by the stories we've built around our own body over years of struggling.
THE APPROACHÂ
That’s where the mind-body approach comes in
It becomes the missing bridge between what you've already tried and what your body actually needs. It brings your nervous system, your lived experience, and your relationship with your own body into alignment alongside movement and physical care. When you realign with yourself, the conditions for healing naturally emerge.
And it starts with simply being heard.
First, Â I want to hear your story and understand what's going on. Then, together, we'll explore how we can break the cycle and start your healing journey, YOUR WAY. You may have felt pressured to follow a certain treatment plan. But the truth is, we often have more options than we realize. This is your life and your body. Let's work together to discover how you can heal.
Free Discovery Call“Years of being in pain had led to me being fearful of re-injury, causing tension in places that were already weakened. Kento helped me understand and be at peace with the fluctuations in my pain levels, with trying new things from a place of safety. I’ve learned so much from this experience over the last 3 to 4 months, and I can truly say that I am no longer stuck in a never-ending cycle of injury, partial healing, and re-injury!

FIND YOUR WAY IN
Regain Choice and Yourself
through nervous system awareness,
honest self reflection, and movement.
1. Feel to Heal
Answer 8Â questions and I will show you the pattern behind your pain and what you can do right now to start feeling better in your body.
Most people skip the first step: feeling what is actually happening inside and sitting with it. Because awareness is where healing begins. Everything else follows from there.
Â
2. Discovery Call
We’ll explore where you are in your healing journey, what you’ve been navigating physically and emotionally, and what feels stuck or unclear right now. From there, we’ll sense together whether working together feels supportive and aligned for both of us.
Â
3. Unbind and Align
1:1 weekly support on how to gently unbind from self-limitations and old beliefs about pain and healing. These hidden patterns shape your nervous system and your relationship with your body. From there, we cultivate alignment, reconnecting in a way that feels safer and more trusting, so healing can emerge from within.
Â
4. People's Stories
You might recognize yourself in them. High functioning on the outside, exhausted on the inside. Doing all the right things, but still feeling stuck. They didn't find a cure. They found themselves. And somehow, that was enough to start moving again.

Physical Therapy, In Person
Â
Kento started as a physical therapist. That foundation is still part of how he works.
Sessions are hands on and one to one. He looks at how you move, where you guard, and what your body has learned to protect against. Not just the symptom, but what sits underneath it.
This is a good fit if you want direct, in person care and prefer to do the work face to face.

Sunday with Kento
Every Sunday, I love to share what I’m learning, observing, and sitting with around chronic pain and the mind-body connection. Grounded in 15+ years of working with real people and real struggles, I explores what's underneath the symptoms and what healing can actually feel like.
