Thank You for Checking in with Yourself

There’s no “right” place to be here. Pain and healing aren’t linear, and simply noticing where you are is already meaningful.

If you’re scared, that makes sense. Pain can be loud and overwhelming, and nothing is wrong with you for feeling this way. You’re not alone here.

If you’re unsure, that’s a real and valid place to be too. There’s no rush to understand everything or to change anything right now.

If you’re beginning to trust your body, even small moments of trust matter. Your body is learning, at its own pace, that it doesn’t have to stay on high alert.

And if you already feel safer, that’s meaningful as well. Safety is something you’re allowed to return to again and again, something you can gently honor.

Keep going.
